The Borsari Gioielli brand produced by Gieffe S.r.l. is a perfect example of Italian tradition and innovation. We talked to Fabrizio Bonato.
Fabrizio Bonato, co- owner with his father Germano and brothers Gianluca and Cristiano, describes the development and successes of a company with a well-defined personality.
How does the Gieffe company distinguish itself from others within the sector?
Our Borsari creations stand out not only for their aesthetic beauty but also for their wearability and quality: each piece of jewellery is timeless.
How would you describe the style of your collections?
Minimal-chic. Our motto is: simplicity is the highest form of elegance.
What type of customer do you design for?
We make accessories which can can be worn with any outfit for any occasion. We think of women from different generations, while still appealing to teenagers. Our technical and artistic team keeps a close eye on shifting trends.
Your greatest successes over the years?
Probably when we managed to break into the men’s market. Creating products linked to the world of sport was a winning idea.
How important is the VicenzaORO event?
This event is fundamental for the growth of the Borsari brand. Each time we display our iconic collections and present new lines and products. For the coming edition there will be lots of surprises •
