Tradition and innovation in a face-to- face meeting with the new generations. This is the focus of the much-awaited Bulgari Talent Day, scheduled for today at VICENZAORO in the Palladio Theatre from 9 am until 6.30 pm, which will welcome young talents from all over Italy for a live scouting with the Roman company. A full programme of interventions which will speak about excellence, about research methods at social recruitment times, and which will explain the roles, habits and skills needed to meet the requirements of a constantly changing organization. We spoke about it beforehand with Nicolò Rapone, Operations Manager at Bulgari Gioielli. «With the opening of the new factory in Valenza, the largest jewellery manufacturing plant in Europe, Bulgari has launched a plan to promote the employment of the young generation in the shape of an Employer Branding and Talent Scouting programme throughout the national territory. We have a highly ambitious employment plan that aims to insert about 300 young people from now until 2019/20. It includes a scouting programme in all of Italy, especially in places with a tradition of specific skills. VICENZAORO acts as a strategic crossroads for all the activities of sector companies and expresses the desire to systematize, in support of Made in Italy.
