Italimpianti Orafi designs and builds equipment for the treatment of precious metals.An overview of the wide range of our products starts with gold and silver refining plants, these plant are both chemical and electrolytic in nature with capacity from 1-2 kg to over 1000 kg per day.We also produce refining units for platinum, palladium, rhodium and copper with the appropriate waste effluent treatment unit.The range continues with induction melting units and gas furnaces, the main types of meltingequipment we produce are:
- Mechanical and hydraulic traditional melting plants from 5 to 1,000 kW
- Continuous casting furnaces from 8 to 40 kW
- Vacuum and pressure casting furnaces from 3 to 10 kW
- Vacuum melting furnaces from 10 to 100 kW Ingot production system from 8 to 400 ingots/hour
- Grain production system with a protective atmosphere for producing precious and non precious metalalloys
- Rotary and static gas melting furnaces for the treatment of precious ashes
Also very important are all plants that we design and build specifically for goldsmith companies,characterized by a high technological level, like the plants for galvanic plating, thermal treatmentand hollowing process:
- Belt furnaces for annealing and welding chains
- Deoxidation furnaces
- Static Hollowing plants or with rotating carousel
- Continuous wire and stripes annealing furnaces
- Automatic and manual plants for gold, silver and rhodium plating.
