From over 25 years, Violi has been offering its customers a wide range of machinery for jewelry production processes, designed, patented and developed with continual research and innovation. In the field of cold drawing, the company has developed a series of machinery able to meet the various needs of speed, length, drawing power and easy management. The last patent registered by the company in the cold drawing field is for a VM/TIE type, hydraulic extrusion drawing bench for tubes, which can draw tubes of up to 80 mm in diameter and is specifically designed for bangles production. All machines can be equipped with tapering machines, manual/motorized cross-rolling reeling machines, calibration benches and all the necessary tools for the customer’s specifications.
