IEG and its Jewellery Marketplaces
Oroarezzo, Vicenzaoro and TGOLD. This is how IEG builds a system that brings together industry, innovation, and geopolitics

The jewelry events on Italian Exhibition Group’s calendar are becoming increasingly strategic in creating a direct link between Italian manufacturing and big luxury brands. Guiding us through the evolution of what have become authentic networking platforms is Matteo Farsura, Global Exhibition Manager Jewellery & Fashion at IEG: «For a long time now, Vicenzaoro and all its “offshoots” have not just been exhibitions. They are globally recognized marketplaces that can generate real business matching opportunities, especially at a time of considerable geopolitical uncertainty. Their value lies in the quality of the companies involved, in their ability to create dialogue with the maisons and to respond quickly to market demands. It is thanks to this well-devised structure that even small and medium-sized companies in the gold districts are able to present themselves to global players and become part of increasingly complex value chains.»
Oroarezzo is a clear example of this virtuous system, confirming its vocation as a hub for excellent manufacturing and white label production, an increasingly strategic area for luxury brands. «With a 2026 edition featuring 350 exhibitors, from goldsmithing to unbranded jewelry, components, technology and cash&carry, the event acts as a privileged window onto a rapidly-evolving segment mainly due to the growing interest of fashion brands in so-called “precious fashion”. A concept that is worth clarifying since it does not refer to simple jewelry, but highly qualitative products, made with precious materials and designed to be sold in big brand boutiques. Oroarezzo 2026 will also mark the debut of the first international conference on global markets, geopolitical relations and tools for growth. A sign of IEG's intention to accompany companies not only in commercial encounter, but also in understanding the scenarios in which they operate.» The focus of the conference will be on value chains, the role of tariffs and the opportunities deriving from free trade agreements, issues that currently determine company competitiveness and the ability of Italian districts to launch themselves onto the most dynamic markets. Under the spotlight: the agreement between the European Union and the Mercosur area, an analysis of the prospects offered by India after the progressive elimination of customs duties, the luxury nerve centers between France and Switzerland, the reorganization of the supply chains between the United States and Canada, and Africa, an emerging market with significant progression potential for Made in Italy.
«The first conference in Oroarezzo continues IEG’s strongly desired strategy to offer companies concrete tools for finding their way in a rapidly changing scenario», continues Farsura, broadening his outlook to the sector’s general situation. «In a volatile context marked by the increase in the cost of raw materials, the geopolitical instability that is involving the more consolidated markets, and the fragility of consumption, jewelry has demonstrated greater stability than other fashion segments. Driving this resilience is manufacturing, an essential element for luxury groups that are now looking for partners that can guarantee constant quality, reliability and sustainability throughout the entire process. Italian jewelry manufacturing, with its widespread skills and artisan tradition, continues to be a globally recognized reference. That is why the companies in the districts are central to our events and our story since they are the ones who give shape to the value of Made in Italy.»
Manufacturing at the center then, together with technology, which will be another cornerstone for the IEG jewelry agenda’s future developments. In September 2025, the debut of the two-yearly Vicenza Symposium was an important forerunner to a veritable tech agenda destined for further development. «As of September 2026, we will be inaugurating a new season: TGOLD will be fully integrated within Vicenzaoro with two annual editions (with the same calendar as the jewelry show in January and September). Furthermore, thanks to IEG’s expansion of Vicenza Expo Center, which is almost complete, it will move to HALL 4 making Vicenzaoro and T.Gold an unrivaled hub in the sector's exhibition panorama. A place where companies will be able to engage with the largest and most qualified production innovation showcase and the supply chain’s leading players. The decision responds to a specific need: to offer companies tools for greater speed, quality and ability to meet the brands’ requests. In a market where gold price volatility and fluctuations in demand are radically changing supply times, integrated technological solutions become crucial. Those who attend IEG exhibitions must find a complete system able to accompany the development of new collections and industrial projects.» The direction is clear: create an ecosystem in which innovation, manufacturing and market seamlessly communicate.
