Inspired by his passion for the East and its aesthetics, the Italian designer Bea Bongiasca has drawn a new collection of jewelry, A Golden Lesson. “To be truly inspired, - declares the milanese designer - you must learn to trust your instinct, and your creative empathy. I must say that I ispire myself when I am travelling. In particular I love Asia, Japan, China and Korea. And you can you find the magic of this region in every detail of my creations”. Ideograms - the alphabets of Chinese Hanzi, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese Kanji and Korean Hanja – are transformed into the perfect subjects for earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets featuring precious stones such as champagne diamonds, colored and green tsavorites and sapphires, mixed with yellow gold and rhodium. Every piece has an internal incision in English explaining the meaning of the ideogram.
