Italians: best in Las Vegas

At the Couture Awards in Las Vegas it’s the triumph of Made in Italy jewels

 

Italy is renowned for its skilled craftsman, so it comes as no surprise that, once in Las Vegas, some of the most important Italian brands were the major protagonists of the Couture Design Awards 2017, dubbed by many as the jewelry Oscars. The annual competition for the Couture ‘s exhibitors recognizing excellence in jewelry making with 13 categories, honored with top prizes a truly Italian array of designers.

 

The prize for Haute Couture went to Pasquale Bruni, who once again demonstrated its powerful savoir faire with an extraordinary heart shaped necklace

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Garavelli won Colored Gemstones under $20,000 for the modern and unconventional shape of a black ring featuring little diamonds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The People’s Choice Award - chosen directly by the major retailers – went to the house of Mariani, a point of reference in Italy for its extraordinary originality and beautiful creations.
