Every colored gemstone carries a unique narrative, rich with symbolism and meaning. In the April issue of VO+ magazine, we explored the value of today’s most coveted stones through the “Objects of Desire from the Depths” project, investigating the work of brands dedicated to preserving their natural beauty through designs that elevate their personality and authenticity. A journey dedicated to ruby, emerald, aquamarine, Paraíba, and pink tourmaline, five stones observed from different perspectives and narrated through the shots of photographer Alberto Carlo Macchi. On set, we watched precious masterpieces shine, illuminated by light and, above all, by the power of rare gems. In photography, we capture their full expressive force.
