Busch & Co. and its "smart" tools

Busch & Co. is on the international market with a series of high-performance tools. The carbide Ramrollers for embossing ductile materials are made with a cylindrically round and a cylindrically flat front, the latter being particularly suitable for working on square and edged jewelry. The front of both versions is uniformly polished to prevent inadvertent material contact or the formation of grooves. With the introduction of the innovative PavéCut (patent DE 10 2019 200 495.4 pending), used for cutting pavé settings, the German company has expanded its HighTech series. Its special feature is the combination of a helical cutter for pre-drilling and a round cutter for shaping and widening all in one tool, thus combining two steps in one. The fine-grained carbide twist drills are specifically designed for delicate pearls and corals. In fact, to prevent unintentional chipping or other damage, the drills are equipped with four cutting edges; this widens the contact surface with the jewelry and reduces the risk of breakage.
