Thirty brands over five editions, for a week dedicated to beauty. This, in a nutshell, is Jewellery Geneva, the international jewellery show held from April 13 to 19 in the prestigious setting of the Hotel President Wilson, overlooking Lake Geneva, where the new exhibition concept fully enhanced the goldsmith and jewellery creations on display. The booths, characterized by black metal structures, gold-accented lighting, black stretched-fabric walls, and an integrated lighting system, created a warm, elegant, and contemporary atmosphere. As one exhibitor commented: «Buyers like the new design, and we exhibitors do too: it’s sexy.» The show officially opened on Monday, April 13, with a welcome cocktail hosted across the Glow, Wilson Room Ballroom, and Wilson Foyer spaces. Throughout the week, buyers and guests enjoyed daily breakfast and lunch service, along with a selection of wines and three additional open-bar evening cocktail receptions held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.Visitor numbers were on the rise, with the participation of 363 companies among buyers and press from approximately 60 countries, confirming the event’s strong international vocation despite travel difficulties affecting some areas of the Middle East.«We are very pleased with the positive feedback received from exhibitors,” said Howard Hauben, President of Jewellery Geneva. “In addition to the new booth design, we introduced a QR code initiative that allowed buyers to enter daily drawings to win $1,000 in airfare. The initiative generated more than 200 scans and five winners from Geneva, Kyiv, Toronto, and Florida. We were also pleased to collaborate with the hotel to offer VIP guests a direct experience of the extraordinary collections presented by the exhibitors.»
Among the Italian brands in attendance were Damaso, Demeglio, Roberto Coin, Nanis, Mimì, and Zydo Italy.
For those interested in taking part in the event, the next edition will be held in spring 2027, once again in conjunction with Geneva’s watchmaking week. The official dates will be announced shortly.
