The success of the LM-D series, sold in thousands units worldwide, has driven Sisma to further develop these high-quality manual welding systems, with improvements generated through constant customer feedback. This has enabled Sisma to offer solutions that truly meet the daily needs of professionals, both in terms of performance and ergonomics.
The systems have been completely redesigned to reduce processing times and increase productivity, to achieve a modern and comfortable design that offers maximum accessibility during use, and an intuitive user interface with simple, fluid, and immediate control. Specifically, improvements have been focused on details to enable extended work sessions with maximum precision and minimal fatigue. In short, the versatility of the new LM-D line is such that it adapts to various sectors—jewelry, industrial, dental, and medical—while always guaranteeing exceptional welding results. These are the main innovations: +20% energy efficiency at the same required laser power; the screen has been expanded to 10" HD for clearer viewing, with an improved user interface in terms of both structure and graphics; easier access for assistance and maintenance operations; and the addition of Eco Mode functions to enable standby mode with a programmable timer and Power Boost, which delivers energy peaks for short periods. Also new are the Velvet Spot, which offers a significant improvement in the spot size to ensure exceptional quality of the welds, and the Nano Spot, the evolution of the Microspot, which enables detailed welds with a 0.05 mm spot size.
Four power levels are available: 190, 210, 230, and 300. This range of power levels generates energy and pulses capable of satisfying the most complex applications in the goldsmith and other sectors. The range features three vision systems, starting with a microscope combined with a digital touch screen, a Lynx system, and a T Version, a model equipped with a coaxial camera, microscope, and the SincroView function, patented by Sisma, which allows for a continuous view of the work area without any flashes nor interruptions. There are two front configurations, a fully closed one and the Flex Version, with easier and wider access to the working chamber, which includes an armrest.</p
