An example of its constantly evolving production is its Zeus vertical induction furnaces, designed for continuous vertical casting and all equipped with a two-generator double inductor to independently heat the die and crucible, additional water jet cooling with a steel recovery tank, and four motorized rollers with pneumatically controlled closure.
All these features enable high-quality casting standards with sections such as tube and anode, even at low weights.
The installed PLC provides constant control of the working parameters, self-diagnosis and video alarms with sound recall. The movement of the pre-melting unit, controlled by joystick, is motorized with electronic speed adjustment.
