The device called DCM01 speeds up the division and measurement of precious stones
Measuring and sorting precious stones such as brilliant, baguette and princess cut diamonds. The DCM01 provides a repeatability and reliability that today's manual systems fail to guarantee (measuring tolerance ±1 hundredth), better quality on finished items, faster manual setting of the gemstones, as well as automatic setting times by dividing the stones into specific pallets. It also guarantees a high level of security in the company as the stones are sorted, counted and divided into individual preset stores by a machine that will minimize waste and certify the quantity of measured and sorted precious stones. Thanks to its high-definition cameras, the DCM01 is able to recognize the difference between natural and synthetic stones. The machine can be configured and customized to production needs.
