Koras Redefines Industrial Electropolishing
From compact systems to Aquapol® 200 and the EVA distiller: higher throughput, greater reliability, full automation
The latest generation of compact machines offers a range of features that improve processes in the field of electropolishing. The product range was expanded last year with a larger variant, called Aquapol® 200: a device that is no longer just a tabletop unit, but has been redesigned to process high volumes in a short time (up to 192 rings per cycle). In addition, the Vario Tank accessory saves time and increases process reliability; using the tank, it is possible to change electrolyte and material (e.g., from silver to gold) in a matter of seconds. Added to this is Koras' latest innovation, which is aimed primarily at 3D printing companies. This is the EVA distiller, which cleans the solvent used in a fully automated process.
