The Leonardo series ecological electric oven for plaster annealing, presented with the new Maule brand, is characterized by three new features: in addition to the rotating surface, a fan has been installed in the oven ceiling that allows for better homogenization of the heat inside the firing chamber. Then, a dehumidification process has been inserted to remove humidity from the plaster so that the temperature rises quickly for shorter firings that reduce electricity costs. Finally, there is no longer an exhaust or chimney because the combustion smoke, generated by the burning of the residual wax after draining, passes inside the post-combustor that burns the waste at 950 degrees, while the residue is reintroduced into the oven chamber in a closed circuit until there is no more residue, thus recovering heat with significant energy savings.
