Based in Monte San Savino, near Arezzo, the company stands out for its ability to develop optimized custom-made solutions and cutting-edge technologies to meet production’s various needs.
It recently developed a hardware and software package that allows its machinery to be connected and monitored by the customer's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), as well as being Industry 5.0 compliant.
The package can, for example, not only be supplied with vacuum casting machines and rotary burnout ovens with de-waxer, but can also be implemented in other Topcast machines supplied with an independent scanner connected to a central hub in communication with the customer's ERP. The ERP-ready software package and patented Flask Tag system enable cylinder progress to be tracked and monitored throughout the production chain, also with operator interaction, for example in the automatic assignment of the correct burn-out recipe to the firing furnace or the automatic loading of the casting program for the current cylinder. Besides the production progress, all the production cell’s process variables are also displayed in graphical and numerical form, batch by batch, guaranteeing maximum quality and repeatability of the manufacturing cycle, simplifying management and the production staff’s duties.
