Clash of style

[su_highlight background="#042653" color="#ffffff"]RETAIL[/su_highlight] Studio Hjl of Seoul projects the first flagship store for the brand Mond where avant garde design and classicism coexist in harmony. 

Located in the prestigious area of Chungdam-dong, in the Gangnam district of Seoul, Mond Jewelry Boutique is the brand's first flagship store. Born as a jewelry design company known for their avant-garde design, often exhibited in galleries, the company has since decided to expand, embracing bridal jewelry, a world better known for its classicism. This has led to the creation of a mix of avant-garde and classic design, forming the style that today characterizes the Mond brand.  It was precisely this mix at the heart of the concept for the new jewelry store created by HJL study of Seoul, a company specializing in architecture and interior design. To meet the needs and tastes  typical of the brand, Hjl designed the store in line with the duality that distinguishes Mond jewelry; classic contrasted with modern details in a color palette favoring shades of white and brown in  materials ranging from plastic, to steel, to carpet. An area of 130sqm that has the comfort and warmth of a home, yet with innovative solutions and practical areas, including a study for designers and a private VIP room.
