Lisa Kim Fine Jewelry has launched The Seabeast, a new collection in 18k yellow gold with colored stones and diamonds. This is Kim's second collection since her debut in late 2014.

Each piece in the collection represents parts of a mythological sea creature. "No one knows what this beast really looked like – this is left open to interpretation," Kim says. "When you wear a piece of it, you take on its power." Abstract spines, teeth, and fins are among some of the motifs found in the collection.

Currently The Seabeast consists of fourteen designs that retail on the company's website (www.lisakimfinejewelry.com). Kim will continue to release new designs over the coming weeks, including one-of-a-kind pieces. The collection is also available for wholesale with suggested retail ranging from $1,100 to $10,000.

Lisa Kim Fine Jewelry is an emerging brand founded in 2012 in Los Angeles. Inspired by heroes and mythology, Kim designs and locally manufactures statement jewelry for fierce women. She uses 18k yellow gold and ethically sourced gemstones with hand casting, fabrication and chasing and repoussé to tell a story. Kim is the recipient of the 2013 Carelle-WJA Member Grant in Honor of Brooke Tivol McGrath, a merit-based grant awarded to a business within its first five years.
