Lady Gaga, Rebecca Romijn, Sofia Vergara, Angela Bassett...these global stars are just some of the loyal customer of the Hong Kong fine jewellery brand L’Dezen. Thanks to the creativity and the ideas of its founder, the designer Payal Shah, L’Dezen has grown bigger and bigger internationally to become one of the favorite brands of the Western jet-set. The brand distinguishes itself through statement jewels whose design is reminiscent of nature, art and dreamlike visions. Each piece is created using diamond slices and different shades of 18k gold. Now, L’Dezen is expanding its reach in Europe: the brand has just closed an exclusive distribution agreement with the omnichannel retailer Plukka that will sell Shah’s jewellery in London through its recently opened boutique in Burlington Arcade. L’Dezen jewellery will also be showcased at Plukka’s soon to be opened store in Madison Avenue, New York. In the meantime, Shah is launching her own mobile app at JCK Show in Las Vegas (Jun 3-Jun 6). The app is called Instajewel and will enable jewelry enthusiasts to browse a wide catalogue of jewellery images searching by designer or type, and to find where to purchase them.
