Affinity. The New Issue of VO+ January 2024 Is Out
The first VO+ issue celebrates the beginning of 2024 with a cover that for the first time portrays a man with a diamond ring. An editorial journey that interprets the spirit of the times
With VO+ January 2024, we have reached issue 167, a number that has a lot to say in mathematics. It makes up a pair of sexy prime numbers together with 173 (called sexy from the Latin sex, six, when the gap between the two is six), and represents a happy, defective and congruent number. And, given the set of contents we have chosen for this first issue of the year, I would say that the properties of the number it represents could not be more fitting. Master jewelers, the TikTok phenomenon, the comeback of pearls, the rise of the pop-up model in retail and, as always, a profound search for talent that will fill the ranks of an already highly populated Olympus. We are therefore celebrating the start to the year impressively, not least with the choice of a cover that, for the first time, portrays a man, for whom we chose a diamond ring. The aim is to continue this editorial journey we have been on for eight years now by always pushing ourselves a little further to offer reading and language tools that are sincere interpreters of the spirit of the times.
