Aquamarine Takes Center Stage on the Set of Sethi Jewelry
The nuances of aquamarine’s imperfect purity captured in an artistic photograph created for the “Objects of Desire from the Depths” project
We step inside the photographic project by Alberto Carlo Macchi for the April issue of VO+ Magazine, titled “Objects of Desire from the Depths.” Conceived to immortalize the beauty of the most sought-after gemstones of the moment, the editorial explores their expressive intensity through the camera lens. For Sethi Gioielli, the focus was on the aquamarine, interpreted here through a leaf motif, but with different sizes and color nuances for each of the 131 carats. The rhythmic pattern of the leaves is interrupted only by the sparkle of a few diamonds and the “invisible” white gold setting, creating an even more natural effect.
