Boghossian's New Wonders

"Merveilles Sphere", the new Boghossian collection, shines like heavenly bodies thanks to the innovative Merveilles technique

The use of metaphorical symbols and a great mastery in the different goldsmith techniques have always characterized Boghossian's style. Now the maison delights us with “Merveilles Sphere” a new series of jewels just added to its iconic “Merveilles Collection”. The three new creations - a pair of earrings, a pendant and a ring - are all featuring a bright and light spherical shape obtained through the use of diamonds set with the innovative Merveilles technique, allowing the maximum flow of light with the minimum amount of gold. The diamonds sit aside one another, almost touching, giving the impression they are mysteriously  floating just like the fixed stars in our universe would. Getting a little closer to each of the new creations, just as we do when observing the stars through a telescope, we discover that the pair of earrings houses a total of 374 diamonds F color VS clarity, set on a sphere in 18 karat white gold. The pendant, designed to be worn every day, is composed of 171 diamonds which, following the movements of the body, do not stop sparkling. Finally, the ring contains an orange diamond in its heart, which symbolizes the sun surrounded by a myriad of stars.
