We step inside the photographic project by Alberto Carlo Macchi for the April issue of VO+ Magazine, titled “Objects of Desire from the Depths.” Conceived to immortalize the beauty of the most sought-after gemstones of the moment, the editorial explores their expressive intensity through the camera lens. For Busatti Milano, the lens focuses on the Eden earrings, which exhibit a magnificent marriage of gold, diamonds and rubies. The set was designed to enhance the inclusion-free red of the two central Burmese rubies, aiming for a shot that maximizes the intensity of the gems. The visual narrative testifies to Busatti Milano's mastery in dialoguing with the rarity of a gem, succeeding in preserving its ancestral power.
