Icons 1932, The New Collection by Chanel Joaillerie

Just launched, the collection recalls the very first high-jewelry Bijoux de Diamants lines with which the company debuted in 1932

The comet, sun, lion, feather and ribbon. These are the icons from the Chanel world on which the latest, recently launched “Icons 1932” collection by Chanel Joaillerie are inspired. The line borrows all the themes dear to Mademoiselle Coco and which were the mainstay of the company’s very first high jewelry collection, all rigorously in white diamonds, launched by Gabrielle Chanel back in 1932. The new design recalls the concept of transformable and flexible jewelry, an expression of freedom for which Gabrielle Chanel was such a defender. The comet, sun, lion, ribbon and feather are the key elements in a language that still dictates style today, not only at Chanel but also in the entire jewelry universe. Worlds that created a new vocabulary that even contemporary jewelry cannot but be absolutely amazed at.
