Brutalist Combinations
Gold and palladium plated brass Cubism ring, Beton Brut collection, Nayibe Warchausky
For Nayibe Warchausky, inspiration comes from her personal life story and eclectic educational background, which includes studies in architecture, jewelry, design and sculpture. Of Venezuelan origin with Russian and Lebanese roots and an international training ranging from Italy to the United States, the designer has molded a unique style that is also reflected in the Cubism ring from the new Beton Brut collection, a tribute to the aesthetics of the Brutalist movement. A creation with three-dimensional faceting that challenges the boundaries between art and functional design, capturing attention and stimulating thought.
Double Spiral Design
White gold and blue chalcedony Oera rings, Oera Edition 04, Tabayer
Nigora Tokhtabayeva, founder of the Tabayer brand, continues to redefine the boundaries of high jewelry by finding new forms of expression and representation of the traditional amulet. Her aesthetic language, which became famous for an asymmetrical pattern inspired by the ancient Inanna’s knot, now evolves through a double spiral design. In the rings from the new Oera Edition 04 collection, hand-carved gemstone and Fairmined, 18-carat gold delicately curve together to express the essence of duality that is at the heart of the brand's ethos.
