Cartier in New York
The French Maison reopens his iconic flagship in the big apple
The Cartier’s most iconic shop in New York has just reopened after two years of renovation, led by Dickinson Cameron Construction, a firm specializing in luxury retail. The new Cartier’s flagship is still keeping the original design features but now occupies four floors. Combined with a neighboring landmark townhouse, it has doubled the retail square footage to more than 44,000 square feet, resulting the largest Cartier boutique in the world. The redesign also created rooms named after some of its most famous clients, such as Elizabeth Taylor, Grace Kelly and Gary Cooper.
