Saint Laurent new luxury shop

Saint Laurent openend its first Canada Boutique, in Vancouver.

The French luxury fashion brand Saint Laurent Paris just opened its first shop in Canada choosing the city of Vancouver. Situated at 746 Thurlow Street, the 4,800-square-foot store welcomes both the women’s and men’s collections in a luxury design inspired the simple, contemporary codes of the Union des Artistes Modernes (UAM), with French Art Deco techniques and materials. A monochrome space made with black and white marble and highly polished metal. Flashes of silver and gold appear in the Thirties-era mirrored vitrines with nickel-plated and mirror-polished brass, while the facade windows and display cases utilize clear glass. The many hard surfaces are balanced with quilted leather furniture.
