Conversations between Art and Innovation

From 7th to 10th October, Tarì will be presenting a packed calendar of talks and events on art, craftsmanship, creativity, innovation and research


500 participating companies will be taking part in the next edition of Tarì to welcome operators expected from every Italian region and more than 20 European and Mediterranean countries. Numerous events have been scheduled, starting on Saturday, 8th October with the official opening of the exhibition and a talk entitled “Conversation dedicated to jewelry between art and innovation" which foresees the participation of authoritative international voices: Lello Esposito, a multifaceted and innovative artist and the international proof of Neapolitan creativity, deeply rooted in tradition while never renouncing contemporary provocation; Carla Felicissimo, a jewelry designer now working with leading international brands; Giorgio Ventre, a Neapolitan academic and director of the Apple Developer Academy, an outpost of digital innovation in the heart of the prestigious Neapolitan Federico II University. The meeting will be moderated by Nando Santonastaso, columnist for Il Mattino. This will be followed by the inauguration of the “ARTS, Made in Tarì Jewelry Exhibition”, an original and exclusive expression of the profound integration between the countless figures and professional skills involved in the gold and jewelry center. More creativity and precious suggestions on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th in the live painting performance by 4 artists, who will illustrate their “Jewelry Routes” by creating unique and original works. Lastly, every evening, “Sound of Tarì”, an event at the close of day with an aperitif and DJ set. Expected to arrive as early as Thursday 7th October, the delegation of international buyers, in collaboration with ITA (Italian Trade Agency), will have the opportunity to meet the participating companies both in person and through the innovative Fiera smart 365 digital platform.
