After a year of positive results, ePlay and Art&sofT accept a new challenge by announcing the integration of artificial intelligence into systems for the luxury jewelry sector


2025 is coming to a close with solid data in line with expectations. For the two agencies led by CEO Danilo Alagi, growth is the result of an approach that combines cloud software – ERP, CRM and MES designed specifically for the jewelry industry – with digital marketing and visual communication services. A strategy that has contributed to strengthening their customers’competitiveness. The Group’s strength lies in the decision to create exclusively native tools, tailored to the sector’s specific needs. «Standard solutions, even if adapted, risk doing more harm than good. The most significant innovation will be the inclusion of artificial intelligence within already operational platforms with the aim of simplifying processes and transforming data into immediate decision-making tools. «Being digital partners means offering solutions that makethe work easier and generate concrete benefits», the CEO says. «Artificial intelligence will provide a deeper reading of data and faster daily management, tangibly improving commercial performances». A further step along a path that confirms ePlay/Art&sofT’s desire to accompany luxury companies towards a total digitalization that can solidly address global challenges.
