GemGenève: Fourth Edition Coming Soon

The fourth edition of the GemGenève jewelry show will enliven the Geneva spring with an ambitious program aimed at strengthening the future of valuable jewelry. From 5th to 8th May 2022

“Let’s build the future of the jewelry and precious stone world together. Join us from 5th to 8th May 2022.” GemGenève's invitation to all players in the jewelry industry to participate in the fourth edition of the event, to be held from Thursday 5th May to Sunday 8th May at the Palexpo in Geneva, is a veritable call to arms. The event promises to warm up the Geneva spring while remaining faithful to the exclusive format that helped consolidate its reputation over the course of the first three editions. In fact, GemGenève was created to be a special hub of creativity, where jewelry designers, exhibitors, gemstone and other retailers, collectors, connoisseurs and buyers, both professional and private, can come together to share their passion and draw inspiration from each other. «We attach the same importance to precious stones, to jewelry and its design as we do to creating a real sense of togetherness that brings together the international community of gemstone and antique jewelry dealers, designers and jewelry fans,» said Thomas Faerber who, in 2018, founded GemGenève together with Ronny Totah, to enhance the value of meeting in the industry, which is so important in creating a solid community. Combining the past with the present and the future, releasing creativity in all its forms and making high-quality culture are the foundations of an ambitious program that not only promotes the proposals of over 160 exhibitors, including prestigious names and emerging talents, but also includes conferences, round tables and seminars to nurture the culture of jewelry. One of the unmissable projects is the Designer Vivarium, an area in which to discover the creations of a group of independent jewelry designers from all over the world, identified by the illustrious jewelry historian, Vivienne Becker. Numerous influencers will also be called upon to make the show “phygital” with live digital updates in order to offer a wider audience live snippets from the show.
