GemGenève 2025 is Underway

From today until May 11, the increasingly rich showcase of cultural projects and promotions for young talents returns to the Palaexpo in Geneva, with an exhibition created in collaboration with Donna Jewel

The GemGenève show opens today at the Palaexpo in Geneva, a point of reference in the world of high jewellery that finds in its two founders - Thomas Ferber and Ronny Torah - the inspiring "fathers" of a prestigious event that grows year after year. An absolute novelty of this ninth edition will be the large amount of space given to the special project "Laura Inghirami x GemGenève", developed by the founder of Donna Jewel in collaboration with the Galdus School of Milan and the Tads, Tarì Design School, two reference institutions in Italy for training in high-end jewellery. The title of the exhibition, "Jewels from the Future", already indicates the intent behind the project: the students of the two institutes had to develop goldsmith creations starting from a reflection on the values that jewellery will have to express in the future. The result is a collection of unique pieces that celebrates the culture of jewelry as an artistic and creative expression, placing the talent of the new generations at the center. A debut that feels like the perfect springboard for those who, in a few years, could be counted among the protagonists of the prestigious Geneva exhibition.
