Gioielleria Italiana Closes the Crowdfunding Campaign

Over 100 new members and € 488,000 raised from the Equity crowdfunding campaign launched on the Two Hundred platform and ended on December 1st

The young innovative start-up Gioielleria Italiana closes a 488,000 euro round on Two Hundred and gathers 104 new investors, most of them jewelers, who have embraced the project since the beginning last March. Says Francesco Mangini, CEO and Founder of Gioielleria Italiana: "Crowdfunding first of all formalizes the union of jewelers who are partners of Gioielleria Italiana. In Italy, and probably in Europe, we have the most important group of jewelers united in the share capital of an innovative company and in this Italian Jewelery represents the first disintermediation system in the world of precious metals. Jewelery is a sector in which the "digital disruption '" has not yet occurred, already consolidated in other areas and our company is opening this world to external investors who I am sure will be able to bring, in addition to capital, also knowledge and networks for a made in Italy sector which is a world-class excellence ». Gioielleria Italiana wants to become an important distribution channel of precious made in Italy jewels in the B2B sector and give back to the jeweler the role it deserves, granting him greater margins by supporting him in the loyalty of the final customer, thanks to the sale of a precious jewel with the jeweler's logo which will offer a much cheaper value for money. In addition, it will use the capital raised to improve the service and usability of the platform, as well as acquire new commercial resources to promote the services offered to new jewelers. Finally, a large percentage will be allocated to marketing and communication activities, to raise awareness of innovation and the service offered not only to the Italian market.
