At the same time, we are launching other projects in line with the Club's vision and, above all, striving to increase the opportunities for face-to-face meetings: I am firmly convinced that physical presence and direct interaction are fundamental for the development of not only business, but also social and cultural relations'. President Squarcialupi illustrated the activities aimed at the retail world: ‘At a time when Italian retail is facing multiple challenges, a project was launched in recent months, thanks to the invaluable stimulus from Board member Candido Operti, a project has been launched to carry out an in-depth cultural and sociological survey to understand the current panorama of the Italian jewellery retail sector. Our aim is to enhance its strengths and identify its weaknesses, developing targeted strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities'. A focus that is also reflected in the life of the association: President Squarcialupi in fact announced the appointment of Member Claudio de' Nobili as Advisor to strengthen retail representation in her presidential team. ‘Our Club is a living organism, a platform where we can discuss the issues that are closest to our hearts. It is important to give voice to all souls of the sector'.a project has been launched to carry out an in-depth cultural and sociological survey to understand the current panorama of the Italian jewellery retail sector. During the first day of meetings, Club members had the opportunity to visit the Bulgari High Jewellery Workshop: ‘A unique opportunity for which I again thank the Club's Vice President, Mauro Di Roberto. Visiting such extraordinary places, even for entrepreneurs in the sector, is always a valuable opportunity to draw inspiration, understand craftsmanship excellence, and grasp new ideas for innovation and growth in their businesses. The experience offered an in-depth insight into the advanced techniques and meticulous work behind each high jewellery creation, further strengthening the ties between the entrepreneurial world and luxury craftsmanship'.

The meeting in Rome marked the start of a busy calendar of networking events reserved for the entrepreneurs associated with the Goldsmiths' Club, meetings that are fundamental for strengthening professional and personal networks, promoting collaborations, and exchanging ideas and knowledge to face the challenges of the sector together. ‘Each event,’ concludes Squarcialupi, ’will represent a further opportunity to consolidate the sense of community and belonging that characterises our Club.
