In March, it's Tarì Preview time

Focus on craftsmanship and Artificial Intelligence at the Tarì Goldsmith Centre’s first event of the season

The appointment with Tarì is back and will open the season of events on the weekend of 3rd and 4th March with Preview, two days of business-oriented meetings with historical companies at the Campania-based trade fair - more than 400 exhibitors - and the many companies from outside the region that for years have chosen Tarì as the “marketplace” for presenting their latest fashion collections. Preview is therefore, as its name suggests, an important moment of foretastes, which makes way for spring and Open Maggio, the Campania gold and jewelry district’s main event. The same days will also provide an opportunity to broaden one's horizons on the great revolutions taking place in the technological world, thanks to appointments with sector experts: among the mainstream topics of recent seasons is certainly AI, artificial intelligence, which is now invading every aspect of our daily lives. This will be discussed on 2nd March, from 4 pm on in the Conference Hall at Tarì, during the meeting entitled A.I. & Jewelry Retail, held by university lecturers and digital innovation scholars: case histories of particular impact will be at the center of the discussion to take a closer look at the subject and to enhance the challenges, dynamics and problems as well as the enormous opportunities offered by this new “world” that is opening up before our eyes. AI as support for the jewelry retailer is one of these, placing itself at the service of the retailer and the customer by getting them to connect in a more dynamic and profitable manner. Creativity and technology but also art, or rather, ARTI, Preview’s exhibition section that showcases the best of Made in Italy craftsmanship, particularly in the Campania district. The itinerary offers a step by step, piece by piece illustration of the various stages in the production of a piece of jewelry, highlighting manual skills, creative talents and the technological capabilities developed and expressed along the entire supply chain. The ARTI project arises from the precious collaboration with the Tarì Design School, the Goldsmith Centre’s School that, for more than three decades, has been dedicated to the professional training of those who aspire to become authentic creators of beauty.
