Open Tarì arriving in October

From 7th to 10th October, Il Tarì Gold Center will welcome international buyers from all over the world. A unique opportunity for business meetings with over 500 exhibiting companies

Open, the event scheduled to take place from 7th to 10th October, is not only an unmissable opportunity for business meetings, updates, presenting new collections and analyzing possible new scenarios, it is also a place for comparing ever- evolving expertise and where numerous initiatives and events are programmed. An exhibition that, year after year, has strengthened its value by focusing on quality, creativity and hospitality. A multitude of new features in terms of creativity and events, while customer promotions are finally back in full swing, with an intense hospitality program that has always been the event’s strong point. For the more than 500 participating jewelry companies, the October gathering is fundamental for planning their winter business and meeting the Italian and foreign retail world.

The days of meetings with international buyers, in collaboration with ITA, il Tarì's consolidated partner for internationalization activities, have, in fact, been consolidated. The initiative has been held for many years as part of the Export South plan, which this year will see the participation of buyers from Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Macedonia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and the Balearic Islands and Hungary.

In addition to the companies permanently established at il Tarì, the incoming involves many fine jewelry companies operating in the regions of Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Apulia, Sicily, Abruzzo, Molise and Sardinia. In-person meetings with companies are scheduled from 6th to 10th October while virtual meetings will take place on the Italian Trade Agency’s Fiera Smart 365 digital platform from 11th to 17th October.

The aim of the “Il Tarì Vale” campaign is to bring the added value of “being at Tarì” to the surface, both for the companies established there and for all those goldsmiths or sector operators in the Campania region who are interested in learning about new tools, seizing opportunities for growth and sharing strategies for change.

« For the il Tarì Board of Directors, closing the 2021 financial year in the black was the important final step in a relaunch process that actually began in December 2019,» says President Giannotti «when il Tarì presented the il Tarì Next Project to its members, focusing on strategic levers such as reorganization, digitalization and investment in innovation. A project that, despite the dramatic nature of the international events that would radically alter the economic and social scenarios a few months later, was pursued with determination, until it achieved the results highlighted in the 2021 Budget, which had already been partly heralded by last year's results.»

The next objective is the presentation of the first Il Tarì Sustainability Report in a few weeks’ time.

President Giannotti continues: «To use the words of Confindustria President Bonomi at the recent audience of Confindustria with the Holy Father, the only possible dimension for growth is social sustainability with objectives that must not be just marketing slogans, but must instead be those of a sustainability based on the value of work.»
