The Precious Sculptures of Sarah Madeleine Bru
Sarah Madeleine Bru's jewels, crafted from recycled and ethically sourced materials, are pieces designed for everyday wear, comfortable yet sculptural at the same time
Recycled gold and silver and recovered or responsibly mined precious
stones are the only raw materials that Sarah Madeleine Bru chooses when creating her jewelry collections. This specification is all the more necessary because Bru, before turning to the goldsmith’s art, tried her hand at designing furniture, ceramics and fashion lines, sectors that she bears in mind when dealing with metals and gems, taking advantage of the know-how and techniques learnt in her previous trades. Her creations, given shape by two teams of craftsmen based in Paris and London, are designed to be everyday objects, comfortable but sculptural at the same time, such as the Agathe Mousseuse Necklace (pictured).
