“The Shape of Life” according to Serafino Consoli

This is the title of the “film manifesto” of the brand known for its Multisize Ring and Ring Bracelet. An unprecedented means of communication that opens a new chapter in the company's storytelling and beyond. Founder Ivan Consoli gives us a few spoilers


Experimentation, provocation, courage. Serafino Consoli's new way of communicating includes a bit of all this along with a good dose of desire to amaze, to always arouse that “That's wow!” which, since the brand's very foundation, has been the inspiration behind every decision made by Ivan Consoli, a visionary patron who never tires of taking unexplored paths, breaking new ground in concept and end result. Jewelry such as the Multisize Ring and the Ring Bracelet, whose ability to change and adapt in size, and above all, to the desires of the wearer, perfectly identify the uniqueness of Serafino Consoli. In order to better understand what will happen at Vicenzaoro January, we asked the founder for a little preview. «I had been looking for a long time for the right idea to renew the brand's communication and make it more in line with our reality which is based on unprecedented ways of making patented jewelry that will stand out on the market. As of January, we will be setting off on a different path, which will explore the world of art in all its many aspects. No more commercials for their own sake, but a visual storytelling that will stimulate reflection and go beyond the screen. I am talking about a “film manifesto” conceived and realized to all intents and purposes as a film production, with director, director of photography, actors selected by casting, costume designer, sound technician and so on. We could say that I stood in the shoes of a film producer! As with any self-respecting film, it also has a title, “The shape of life”, inspired by those ever-changing shapes of our jewelry that lasts forever by modelling itself to the wearer and adapting to the various stages of life: child, woman, grandmother. “The shape of life” is not a marketing operation, but a project that makes us grow as a company and as people. The two-minute film summarizes those values for which life is worth living: nature, affection, art, beauty. We filmed on two sets: the Circolo Filologico in Milan, in Via Clerici, and Champoluc, in Valle d'Aosta; places that express these values.
