Valenza Gem Forum Reaches Its Third Edition
On October 15th, Villa Scalcabarozzi will host the Valenza Gem Forum, a platform for dialogue among key players in the precious stones supply chain, organized by Italian Exhibition Group in collaboration with Fondazione Mani Intelligenti
The Valenza Gem Forum will take place on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Villa Scalcabarozzi (Valenza). It is a dialogue platform focused on diamonds and precious stones, the heart of the Piedmontese jewelry district and a hallmark of its manufacturing excellence. Organized by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) in collaboration with Fondazione Mani Intelligenti and CIBJO – The World Jewellery Confederation, the Forum will bring together goldsmith companies, gemology professionals, institutions, and key associations to discuss the dynamics of the jewelry supply chain that most impact the productivity of Valenza-based enterprises. These companies are internationally recognized for their expertise and highly specialized know-how in the processing of diamonds and gems.The discussions will cover techniques and technologies, knowledge and best practices, placed within the broader context of geopolitical and market transformations that require new skills to support development and competitiveness. The event targets companies, students, institutions, educational bodies, and industry media, aiming to foster dialogue, networking, and professional growth while involving the entire local area.The working sessions will provide insights and ideas on technological innovation in the sector, with a particular focus on the possible applications of Artificial Intelligence to the needs of the district, including market scenarios, traceability, and certification of precious stones. The event’s agile format will alternate voices from local institutional representatives, including Alessia Crivelli, with those of Raj Mehta, CEO and Managing Director of the new joint venture with Stargems, and Manuel Scagnelli of Onir.The event will be moderated by Federica Frosini, director of VO+ Jewelry Magazine, media partner of the event alongside Preziosa Magazine.
