At the close of the edition of VicenzaoroJanuary 2024, the numbers speak for themselves:

So Vicenzaoro January 2024 exceeds every more optimistic expectation of the eve in the year of the 70th anniversary of the fair goldsmith and jewel in the capital berico. The «boutique show» of the Italian Exhibition Group closed today with a 3% increase in attendance in the Vicenza exhibition centre, surpassing the record of January last year. Also for this edition, six out of ten visitors come from abroad: the world jewelry industry has chosen, Vicenza will be the hub for the market for the next 70 years. IEG responds with the start of work for the new pavilion of 22 thousand square meters.

From Europe: Spain, Germany, France, Greece and the UK; from the Middle East the United Arab Emirates. India, China, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong stand out from Asia. The largest increases were recorded for China (+188%), Japan (+44%), Colombia (+38%), Brazil (+36%) and France (+25%). New entries in Vicenzaoro include Tanzania, El Salvador and Honduras. Veneto, Lombardy, Tuscany and Piedmont, confirm a very positive trend for the Italian presence that grows, overall, by 3.2% compared to 2023.

Also T.Gold, the main international showcase of innovation, with the most advanced machinery for the goldsmith’s and the most recent workings applied to gold and jewelry, organized in partnership with A.F.E.M.O. has seen the visit grow by 4.7%.In the timepiece segment the success of VO Vintage is consolidated, with exhibitors increasing by 22% for watches and antique jewelry open to the B2C public, with collectors, experts and watch lovers from Italy and the world also growing by +13%.
Gold and jewelry see the restoration of generational turnover in the labor market: industry and training meet in Vicenzaoro: 23 schools at the Fair, mainly from Italy and France, Germany and U.K. for about 750 students and escorts, involved in all the many initiatives. More than 490 students were involved in the 20 events on the calendar in the program of the VIOFF city events, the out-of-saloon of Vicenzaoro.

Biennial event, with a problem-solving approach for companies, the Symposium was born from a collaboration of IEG with two leading companies in the world T.Gold: Legor and Xolutions.Finally, Vicenzaoro January has confirmed itself as an international point of reference for the presence of the whole institutional and associative world, by Confindustria Federorafi, Confartigianato Orafi, Confcommercio Federpreziosi, CNA Goldsmiths, Confimi Industry Category Goldsmith and silversmith in Assogemme, Assocoral and A.F.E.M.O. - Association of Manufacturers Exporters Machinery for Goldsmiths, CIBJO - Confederation of World Jewelry, MAECI and ICE Agency.
