A high-precision chain

Among the more than 130 models of a vast and varied product range on offer to national and international customers, at T.Gold 2023, the Vicenza-based company will be drawing attention to its F2U/L, a high-speed automatic machine designed to produce curb and cable figaro chains, both from 0.25 to 0.80 mm, in a cable version for long links with a rectangular section wire. The sequence of the long and short links or the curb/ cable figaro configuration, needs no mechanical adjustment as it can be done by acting on the software via the touch screen. Moreover, and by no means an insignificant detail, the machine is already set up to be combined with a laser source that automatically welds the links. Sisma accompanies the machine with an SL 50 PLUS welder featuring high optical stability, long lamp life and constant power output control (Power cruise/control, only on Plus version). A chain density sensor, electronic speed regulator, two electronic wire tensioners, anti-dust cover and low-voltage lamp complete the F2/UL equipment.
