Aseg Galloni S.p.A. was founded in 1948 and marked a turning point in the history of precious-metal casting: it was the first company in the world to introduce electronic induction machines for jewelers and dental technicians. For more than 75 years, it has combined metallurgical expertise, continuous research, and a pioneering vision that has helped define the modern standards of professional casting. The 7,000 m² manufacturing facility in San Colombano al Lambro (Milan) is now the company’s technological core. Galloni’s product range covers the entire casting process: electronic induction casting machines with vacuum and pressure, such as the Pressovac and G series; electronic centrifuges with or without vacuum, like the Fusus Compact; and tilting static furnaces for the production of slabs and ingots (Furnace K). These solutions are designed to achieve superior physical-mechanical quality through advanced technologies: high vacuum with Helium injection for metal purification, rapid pressurization up to 3 bar with Argon or Nitrogen, and high-precision thermal control systems – optical pyrometer up to 2100°C or type “S” thermocouple up to 1450°C. The company continuously invests in research and development, creating customized machinery for complex requirements and paving the way for increasingly efficient, controllable, and reliable casting solutions. Its strong international presence, supported by a solid export orientation, reflects the trust that jewelry and dental laboratories around the world place in its technologies. Since 2022, Galloni has been part of the Elettrolaser Group, a strategic integration that has expanded its innovation capabilities and strengthened its global commercial network.
