Developed after an accurate needs analysis of those who use a casting furnace, Omega is equipped with induction heating with vacuum and pressure system to produce both finished and semi-finished objects such as wires or plates. The vertical Zeus induction furnaces, however, are designed for the continuous casting of wires, plates or tubes in precious alloys. All models come with a silent induction generator group with independent heating die programmer and an additional cooling system when the profile emerges from the water jet and a steel recovery tank. Lastly, the settings on both furnace models can be viewed remotely (Industry 4.0 ready) to provide data on real-time productivity, production progress and product tracking.
