La Microfusione S.n.c.

The business began in the late 1970s. In 1992, La Microfusione S.n.c. was established as a casting workshop for silverware, fashion accessories, jewelry, and goldsmithing. In 2014, building on the experience gained, one of the partners founded MG Microfusion and started manufacturing machinery related to microcasting. In 2022, La Microfusione S.n.c. absorbed the MG brand after MG Microfusion closed, continuing machine production alongside its traditional activities. This growth path mirrors that of many local companies that expanded beyond their borders to innovate technologies, experiment, diversify, and explore new markets. Based in Caldogno, in the province of Vicenza, the company focuses on producing furnaces for annealing gypsum molds for microcasting, adding touchscreen technology for cylinder repositioning and featuring updated software to create annealing programs for all needs. Today, La Microfusione manufactures both rotary and static furnaces, all equipped with wax-draining systems of various sizes and temperatures, ready to meet diverse market requirements. It also produces smoke burners to reduce pollution from wax burning and post-combustors, which are used by many leading Italian and foreign companies. A key strength is having furnaces ready for immediate delivery, ensuring quick response to customer requests without long waiting times. But that’s not all—the company is specializing in various machines, such as mixers and gypsum washing machines, conveyor furnaces, blade and wire annealing furnaces, with the ability to create custom machines upon request.
