For 10 years, Masterix has been manufacturing automatic injectors for lost wax precision casting to meet the needs of goldsmiths. Research into raw materials has enabled the Arezzo- based company to find the perfect formulations to produce some of the best performing consumable “waxes” on the market. But Masterix also focuses on the production of machinery and tools to support every operation in the lost wax precision casting process. The Mastermould vulcanizers and bell range, Mastercool coolers and Masterwax waxes provide tangible added value. Numerous projects consolidate our presence on international markets. The MASTERINJECT injector line guarantees optimal liquid wax injection and enables the production of bubble and porosity-free wax models for casting with reduced working times. Development has included the MJ-01 SMART, also with C13A automatic clamp with the possibility of a powerful single injector with interchangeable clamps, as well as clamp size modification. Innovation and quality are enhanced by the MJ- 02 SMART semi-automatic injector, with two self-centering clamps which can double production in half the time. On the automatic front, the MI-03, an extremely powerful single or dual operator injector, is for mass industrial production: also with an enhanced MI-03+ version, it is the first and only automatic injector pending an international patent. The new line has many features: the software allows unlimited program to be inserted as well as photos of the models for easy searching; the 7" industrial touch screen is equipped with RFID reader and writer; the optimized injection system can inject up to 20 g of wax. Moreover, the machine is silent and servicing is easy and minimal.
