MasterWax Idrowax's New Custom Waxes

With a few simple steps, a hollow model can be created through lost wax injection, ready for micro-casting. A first mold is used to create the internal model by injecting Idrowax. The internal model is then inserted into a second mold to create the external model by injecting a different MasterWax product, depending on the desired result. Once the complete (composed) model has been obtained, it is immersed in water to dissolve the internal part. The result is the hollow skeleton of the jewel, ready for micro-casting. It is important to clarify that this method of producing hollow models is not intended to compete with 3D printing. The low cost of raw materials, such as MasterWax injection waxes, combined with the speed of the latest-generation MasterInject injectors, makes this system highly advantageous for mass production. The MasterWax line consists of seven different qualities, specifically designed to guarantee maximum yield in every production.
