Sixty Years on Working

Founded in 1958 by Giuseppe Berton- cello in Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza), G.B. F.lli Bertoncello is now run by brothers Danilo and Paolo Bertoncello, the second generation. With the arrival of the third generation, the company is looking to the future with new and ambitious goals. G.B. F.lli Bertoncello designs and manufactures electric furnaces and industrial machinery for gold, silver, custom jewelry, watches, eyewear, and shoes. The high standards, during the design and production phases, allow GB F.lli Bertoncello to effectively satisfy their customers’ needs, who for over sixty years have remained faithful. A continuous focus on research and development has allowed the company to introduce many new innovations in 2019, including the 1-kg casting machine, improvements to the Master and Senior belt furnaces with intelligent gas control, thanks to the “Gas Safety” system, the high-temperature version of the Kappa annealing furnaces, which can reach a maximum temperature of 1100 °C, and the Linx continuous annealing line for wires and strips, which has been equipped with four-color touchscreen PLCs to improve ease of use.
