Teknik Döküm

Teknik Döküm was founded in 1977 as a casting workshop for jewelers. Based on the experience gained in this field, it started manufacturing jewelry machinery and equipment in 1985 in order to increase production process efficiency. In the same year, it became the Turkish representative of CEIA, an Italian company and one of the world's leading magnetic field specialists. In 1987, Teknik Döküm held the Jewelry Casting Seminar for the first time in Turkey and in 1988, it Introduced its first export to America by presenting its models at trade shows. In the following years it set up numerous jewelry workshops both at home and abroad and exported to more than 40 countries contributing constantly to the development of the jewelry sector in Turkey with seminars and educational and training activities. In the 1990s, the company entered the security industry with CEIA's focus on the production of metal detectors, and in 1997, it became the Turkish dealer of Smiths Detection (HEIMANN), one of the world's leading X-ray manufacturers, providing security systems for building entrances and industrial facilities, especially at airports and passenger checkpoints. With the rapid worldwide growth of the aviation industry in the 2000s, Teknik Döküm sought to expand its production activities in this field by developing systems for the rapid transport of luggage, bags and parcels, and offering solutions to improve productivity by eliminating passenger chaos at checkpoints. It developed its own automatic tray return system in 2014, which it installed - in full compliance with the X-ray unit - at an airport in South America in 2017. Teknik Döküm still continues its activities for the jewelry, security, food safety and aviation sectors and continues to supply many countries with its products and services, from Chile to Australia, Nigeria and Russia.
