Virtuous Twists

The machine that Zone Creative is taking to the show automatically winds wires and tubes of various sizes and in the most common shapes, thus considerably reducing production times. The machine is equipped with three Servo Engines controlled by the PLC on the edge of the machine. The winding engine is synchronized with the twisting engine of the wire/tube. Each time the winding engine makes a rotation, using the PLC, you can select the number of rotations you want the wire/tube to make. This system can therefore create several twists on the wire/tube and the PLC system can also alternate linear and turned sections, with the possibility of changing the direction of rotation. The machine does not require specific equipment since the one already used for the standard operations can be reused.
