In 1996, Joia in Milan was the first vegetarian restaurant in Europe to beawarded a Michelin star, starting a small revolution. Sara Nicolosi and Cinzia De Lauri met in the kitchens headed by Pietro Leeman and have made the philosophy of seasonality and non-wastefulness their own by developing it
into affordable gourmet cuisine.
Al Tatto is the bistro located at Via Comune Antico no. 15 in the Greco quarter where fine dining becomes aconvivial, informal experience of pure pleasure for the senses. Smell, sight, taste but also touch, that of the “intelligen thands” of Sara and Cinzia, embark hereas part of VO+’s photographic project dedicated to those who make a tableau vivant out of their profession.
