20 Years of Quatre the Iconic Collection by Boucheron

A revised design, a new campaign, and four temporary boutiques. This is how the French maison celebrates two decades of its iconic collection.

New creations, new campaign, new faces and places to celebrate an important anniversary. The 20th anniversary of Quatre, a more than iconic collection for Boucheron, which Hélène Poulit-Duquesne, the company’s CEO, defines as: «An icon cannot be created. It becomes one over time, acquiring this status because it pleases and conquers. It is the customers who decide.» A symbol of strength and protection, Quatre now flaunts new details but with the same distinctive codes proposed in 2004, such as the Clou de Paris and the Double Godron, which respectively recall the cobblestones of the Parisian streets and two rings fused into one, and lastly, the Gros-grain, a silk corduroy, a motif found in the archives of Place Vendôme since 1860, when Frédéric Boucheron’s father was a fabric merchant. The result is a perfect fusion of traditional savoir-faire and avant-garde technology, declined here in the Classique, Black Edition and Blue Edition versions, the latter with ceramic elements.
